How we make the wedges in our recipe is just another Delicious way to eat potatoes and there are so many other ways you can prepare this vegetable. Here are just a few ideas I would like to share, click on a name below to see the recipe:

The only 2 Ingredients I added to my Potato wedges:
- Salt
- Baking Powder
Sprinkle Potato wedges with salt and baking powder that is an alkaline witch results in raising the skins pH balance, breaking down the proteins more efficiently and making for browner, crispier results.
You can make this with or without the skin (I usually prefer it without, but in our recipe we are leaving the skin on)
Bake the Wedges in the oven, deep fry or put in the air fryer. (We used the stove top for deep frying)
TIP: make sure you fry these just before you Serve them!! the sooner you serve these, the crispier they would be!!
You can cut your potatoes in chips or even diced before you cover it with the baking powder and salt.
Potatoes will be done when golden brown outside and soft inside.
