Make these yourself! It is a NO FAIL recipe anyone can make. This delicious bite will have you crazy over dumplings! You can use ground beef, fish, chicken and all kinds of fillings.

Dumplings
Dumpling dough ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- Salt
- 1 Cup warm water
Method:
- Mix all together and knead till a stretchy dough has formed.
- Roll out and cut in small pieces and roll into small balls.
- Rolling out each dough ball into the thinnest you can in a circle.
- Add the filling in the middle and press the sides close to form a “halfmoon pocket”, flipping small pieces of the pressed sides to seal the dumpling.
Filling ingredients and method:
- In a bowl add Any meat to your taste. With this recipe, we will use ground kudu mince.
- Add finely diced onion.
- Add 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
- Add parsley.
- Add paprika
- Add chili powder
- Add Salt and pepper
- Add coriander (if using red meat, otherwise optional)
- Add a good amount of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Table spoons of corn flour
- Mix and add tablespoons full in the middle of the dough circles you rolled out.
- Add the filling in the middle and press the sides close to form a “halfmoon pocket”, flipping small pieces of the pressed sides to seal the dumpling.
- Heat 4 tablespoons oil in a pan and put dumplings in the pan to cover the bottom and brown the bottom of the dumplings for a few minutes or until just golden brown.
- Add water to cover dumplings and place the pan lid on top. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Remove from pan and serve, covered with soy sauce, oyster sauce or Worcestershire sauce.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
