What a great trend going around! – You have to follow this recipe!
Replacing the wing with cauliflower is still good, you will not miss the meat.
You can even freeze this tasty bite! – placing the battered covered buffalo cauliflower wings on a plate/ tray or wire rack, a few inches from each other and put in the freezer. You can remove it from the tray/plate or wire when the batter has hardened. Store it in a Zip block bag. When needed, take out of the bag and deep fry while still frozen for the best results and serve immediately.

Buffalo cauliflower wings:
Making the batter:
You will need a bowl and something to mix with.
add:
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Organum
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 Cup Whole milk
Mix the batter Thoroughly.
Cauliflower Pieces:

- Cover Cauliflower pieces in the batter.
- add oil to a pot and heat. Add cauliflower wings when oil is ready.
- Deep fry till golden brown.

How to serve:
- Serve with Sweet chili sauce.
- Best tasting when served immediately.
