The skin is so crispy and inside so soft and juicy, with that bursting Rosemary flavor – Just enough to make your mouth water.
You can have this anytime of the week, morning, afternoon or evening. With a breakfast, a salad or dinner.
Now, let me share the Ingredients and method to our recipe, you won’t be disappointed and be sure to try it out:
Crispy baked Chicken with Rosemary and Garlic marinade:
Ingredients:
- oil (olive, vegetable, canola, sunflower, any oil) – I used canola and olive oil
- minced garlic
- salt
- pepper
- rosemary stems
Method (see video at bottom of page):
- Pre heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius
- spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- add the chicken to the dish and set aside
- in the mean time, pour oil into a bowl.
- add garlic
- add salt
- add pepper
- mix and pour over the chicken
- when oven is ready, put chicken in the oven
- bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes to get that crispy chicken you want.

Serving Suggestions:
- Serve immediately
- (optional) Take those burnt rosemary stems off the chicken (the flavor will be in the chicken now) and serve with fresh rosemary for some garnish and color on the plate.
