This recipe is so easy to remember. Everything you put in you will measure at 1 cup.
My mom used to make this delicious bake and I saw it as a massive treat coming from work or even visiting there and she prepared this sticky mayo and chutney chicken bake.
The sweet and sour smell travelling through the house, smells sooo gooood!!

I had to share my favorite childhood recipe with you!
Creamy Baked Chutney-Mayo Chicken:
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Chutney (any sweet to mild)
- 1 cup water
- 1 packet of chicken or mushroom soup powder (mixed in 1 cup water)
- 1 pack of chicken legs, wings and thighs
Method:
- Mix mayo, chutney, water and soup powder mixed with 1 cup water thoroughly with a whisk
- add chicken to a sprayed baking dish along with diced onions, potatoes and carrots (veggies optional)
- cover everything with the mayo and chutney mixture
- place in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour or until the potatoes are done. (makes it easier when potatoes are cooked before hand)
(Serve with some rice and a mixed salad)
