How to make the best fried rosemary veggies in the oven. You will never make it any other way ever again.
Here is a short one for the time and how I did it:
Fried-baked veggies:
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Ingredients:
- Diced butternut squash
- diced onion
- diced carrots
- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- mixed herbs
- a fresh twig of Rosemary
- olive oil to drizzle on top

Method:
- on a sprayed baking tray:
- add all the washed, peeled and diced veggies.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
- Sprinkle olive oil on top of the veggies
- add the fresh rosemary twig on top for that flavorful taste you want.
- and place in the pre heated oven of 180 degrees Celsius for 35 – 40 minutes.
- When done, take out of the oven and serve immediately when still hot.
Tip: I like to add diced potatoes. (You can add any veggie you would like to add extra)
