When we go Grocery shopping, I usually get more veggies than we actually need.
I found that only being 2 people living together, in love with veggies, that it goes down and rot so easily when you haven’t even gotten to that last onion, bell pepper or carrot.
I wash, peel and cut my veggies in all shapes and sizes. Just ready to take out of the freezer and use in the food.
I use Ziploc bags, because it seals so great. No Freezer burn!
