These cookies are so quick, easy and so soft. I’m Definitely making these over the holidays for Christmas time. You can make these for any occasion, Birthdays, functions, holidays, weddings, Halloween, etc..

Soft Vanilla Cookies
Ingredients and method:
Pre heat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
- 1 Cup flour
- Half cup butter (room temperature)
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla essence
- Half cup sugar
- For 8 minutes beat the sugar, Butter and vanilla essence.
- Scrape sides and bring butter mixture together
- Add flour 2 tablespoons at a time, whilst folding it in with a scraper.
- Scrape sides and bring dough together
- Transfer the dough to clingwrap, and roll into a sausage (follow video for instructions)
- Put cling wrapped dough in a star tip piping bag.
- prepare a baking sheet and spray with non sticking spray
- Pipe dough into desired shapes
- TIP: Place cookies in the fridge 30 minutes before baking, this prevents the cookies from spreading.
- Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes
- when done, take out of the oven and place on a wire rack for about 10 minutes before serving.
- Store in a airtight container in a cool, dry place.
