Delicious Cinnamon Sweet Potato – Oven baked:

The only ingredients you will need for this recipe:

  • Sweet Potato , washed and cut in half (don’t peel, and poke a few holes with a fork)
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon (mix with Sugar in a separate bowl)
  • Melted butter (salted or unsalted)
