Super easy Chocolate cookie with chocolate chip Christmas tree decoration.
Chocolate Christmas Cookies:
Yields 2 Jumbo cookies:
pre heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
(you can form smaller cookie dough balls, to get more out of the batch, I just prefer a big cookie as a present/ perfect event gift):
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons butter (mix sugar and butter)
1 Tablespoon Cacao
3 – 4 Tablespoons flour
Method:
(gradually add 1 tbsp. at a time) till soft dough forms divide into 2 even balls on a sprayed baking tray, place the cookie dough and press with fingers till big round thin cookie forms.
add white chocolate chips on top (in any Christmas shape or form)
put in pre heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
