Creamy Spinach and mushroom

Creamy Spinach and mushroom:

Here is how we did it:

Ingredients:

  • Béchamel sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • spinach
  • diced onion
  • sliced mushrooms

Method:

  • heat some oil and fry the onions and mushrooms in a big pot.
  • when onions and mushrooms are sizzling in the pot, add the spinach.
  • cook until spinach are done (should reduce in more than half the quantity you added to the pot)
  • add the salt and pepper to taste, mix thoroughly.
  • add the béchamel sauce you have prepared and mix through.
