1 hour and half is all you need to make this delicious recipe. You won’t have any other ribs as soon as you have tried this juicy and sticky Richmond rib.

The ONLY sticky Lamb rib recipe you need:
Here is how we did it:
Ingredients:
- Lamb rib
- Salt and pepper
- Coriander
- Brown vinegar
Sauce:
- Tomato sauce
- Apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Brown sugar
Method:
- Rub rib with spices on both sides
- Place on a wire rack with a baking dish at the bottom.
- Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Meanwhile In a separate small pot, add the brown sugar, 1 cup.
- Add tomato sauce
- Add apple cider vinegar
- Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes.
- After the rib has baked for an hour, take out of the oven and cover the rib with the sticky tomato sauce that you made and take away the wire rack.
- Place the sticky ribs in the bowl that the sauces of the rib dripped in to.
- Bake for another 30 minutes.
