Very easy to make, chocolate macarons you do not want to miss
.This recipe got us crazy over macarons.

Easy copycat Chocolate Macarons:
Pre heat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius and bake for an hour.
Ingredients:
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp cream or tartar
- 1/2 cup castor sugar
- 1/4 Cacao powder
Method:
- Add the 3 egg whites to a large bowl and whisk till stiff possible.
- Add the cream of tartar and whisk till stiff possible.
- Gradually add the castor sugar and whisk till stiff points form
- Add the cacao and whisk till thoroughly mixed.
- Prepare a baking tray and spray.
- Heat the oven to 90 degrees Celsius and bake for 1 hour.
- When macaroons are done it should be dry move on the sheet before removing.
- Place on a wire rack to cool down for about half an hour.
- Spread every second macaroon on the bottom with icing and press another macaroon with nothing on, on top.
