What a quick and easy meal to make. So little preparing to do and you will have the pot empty in seconds! This is a creamy, garlic and chicken béchamel sauce with linguine/ Spagetti pasta.

Chicken Linguine with Béchamel sauce
Ingredients:
Pasta:
- Spagetti
- Water to cook Spagetti in
- Salt
- Oil
Chicken and Béchamel:
- Oil
- Diced onion
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Butter
- Flour
- Milk
- Diced Chicken
Method:
- Cook the Spagetti. When done, rinse, drain, add back to the pot, cover with lid and keep it aside.
- In a deep frying pan, add the oil, the diced onion, garlic and parsley.
- Sauté till onions are just see through.
- Make a well in the middle of the onions and add a big tablespoon full of butter and let it melt.
- Add 2 tablespoons flour and mix till you cant see any dry flour.
- Quickly add the milk and keep stirring in small circles to prevent from burning at the bottom.
- Lower the heat and simmer for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer the onion and béchamel sauce to a bowl and keep aside.
- Add oil to the pan, adding the diced chicken till cooked through.
- adding the onion and béchamel sauce back to the fried chicken, cover with lid and simmer for 2 to 4 minutes. Or until you reached desired thickness of your béchamel sauce.
- Combine the Spagetti and the béchamel sauce mixture and serve.
Recipe suggestion:
- Use alfredo pasta instead
- Add parmesan or cheddar cheese
- Add mushrooms to the mix
