Here is how we did it:
Crumbed Sweet Potato fries
Ingredients:
- 1 huge sweet potato, washed and cut quarters in length
- Oil for drizzling
- Salt and pepper
- Crushed rosemary
- Bread crumbs
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
- Spray a baking tray.
- Place sweet potato quarters on tray and drizzle with oil.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper and crushed rosemary on top.
- Cover in bread crumbs.
- Place in the oven for 1 hour.
Serving suggestion:
- Serve hot or cold
- Serve with tomato sauce
