3 ways to make Potato Skewers / potato twisters this is an easy home made bite, doesn’t take a lot of time to prepare and will be ready in a few minutes. make this for the whole family or some friends at any occasion.

Potato Skewers/ Twisters:
All you need:
- wooden toothpicks or kebab/ sosatie sticks
- Potatoes
- oil for deep frying
- whisked egg
Ingredients for the crumbs to coat the Potato skewers:
- Paprika
- BBQ spice
- Bread crumbs
- Chili powder
Method:
- mix all the ingredients above in a small bowl and keep aside.
- press the wooden sosatie, kebab or tooth pick in the potato and cut in a skewer (see video for instructions)
- fry some of the potato skewers, plain.
- cover some in the whisked egg and then the breadcrumb mix and fry till golden brown.
- Slice some of the potatoes in thin slices and fry or cover in bread crumbs.
