This is such a easy recipe and so little effort! The neighbors could smell it from a distance! So delicious, you must try this now!

Mutton and Potato casserole recipe
Ingredients and method:
- Wash, cut and peel potatoes and slice in the length.
- Place potatoes and cover the bottom of any casserole.
- Sprinkle oil over potatoes
- Peel and slice onions and place on top of potatoes, sprinkle with oil again and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place meat on top to cover the onions.
- Sprinkle meat with coriander powder, ginger powder and a pinch of paprika.
- Cover with foil or lid and bake for 45 – 50 minutes.
- Take the foil or lid off, turn meat around, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place back in the oven for 15 minutes.
Serving suggestions:
- Serve with rice
- Serve with veggies
