I made this recipe so many times before and never seems to disappoint. Tonight we had a delicious chicken curry for a change. The method is so easy and the ingredients you already have in your house.

Creamy Butter Curry Chicken
Ingredients:
- Diced onion
- Diced chicken
- Curry or Marsala
- Salt and pepper
- Pre cooked diced potatoes
- Butter
Sauce:
- Milk
- Curry or Marsala
- Salt and pepper
- Turmeric
- Flour
- Water
- Butter
Method:
- In a pot, Sauté onions in butter.
- Add the diced chicken and stir occasionally
- Meanwhile prepare the sauce:
In a small jug, add milk and butter. Microwave till butter is melted. - In a glass add 1 tablespoon flour and water to cover.
- Add to the flour.. salt, pepper, pinch of turmeric and curry or Marsala. Mix well.
- Add to the melted butter and milk the flour mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Checking every now and again, stir with a fork.
- When done, add to the onions and chicken.
- Add the pre cooked diced potatoes to the pot and mix through.
- Let it simmer for another 1 minute.
Serving suggestion:
- Serve with rice
- Serve with biryani
- Serve with veggies
- Serve with bread
- Serve with roti’s
- Serve with salad wraps
- Serve with tortillas
