This is a delicious batter you can use for corndogs and pancakes.

Easy and delicious Corndog batter recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 Cup flour
- 1/4 Cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk (batter Should not be too runny, so add slowly)
- Paprika
- Salt
- Breadcrumbs
- Vienna’s
- corn flour
- oil for frying
Method:
- Take a few Vienna’s and cut them in half, put in a bowl with boiling water for a few minutes. When done, insert 2 medium size wooden sosatie/ kebab sticks and set aside.
- in a large bowl add the flour, sugar and baking powder, mix through with a whisk.
- Gradually add the milk, whilst mixing. add the egg and mix thoroughly.
- prepare in separate plates: breadcrumbs, mixed with paprika and salt. The other one: corn flour.
- heat enough oil in a pan to cover the corn dogs when frying.
- While oil is heating up, repeat the process with the batch sausages on a stick: Cover in Corn flour then the batter then breadcrumbs.
- Fry till golden brown.
Serving Suggestion:
- Serve with mustard
- or Tomato sauce,
- Rocket leaves
- or mozzarella
