Baked Chicken and Potato casserole:
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – wash, peel and cut in half and then cut into halfmoon slices.
- onions – cut in half and slice chicken fillets- cut into squares
- olive oil
- dried Italian herbs
- salt
- pepper
- grated cheddar cheese
- feta cheese
Method:
- add all the prepared veggies to a oven safe dish and mix sprinkle with olive oil
- sprinkle with salt, pepper and Italian herbs mix till all the ingredients are covered in spices cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees Celsius.
- take out of the oven and sprinkle all the cheese on top bake uncovered for another 30 minutes.
Serving suggestion:
- Serve with some veggies
- garnish with some greens Enjoy!!!
