This was my first attempt at making this recipe and it definitely lived up to my expectations.

Here is how we did it:
Chicken Kebab:
Ingredients:
- Chicken legs
- Kebab skewers or sosatie sticks
- Onion
- Lemon
- Small Potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
- Oil
Method:
- Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Peel potatoes
- Slice lemons
- Peel and cut onions in quarters
- Peel and cut small potatoes in half
- Prepare the chicken legs
- To the kebab/ sosatie sticks skewers:
- arrange the veggies and lemon slices
- then chicken leg in the middle
- and end off with more veggies (potato, onion, lemon slice, onion, potato, chicken, potato, onion, lemon slice, potato)
- Spray an oven dish, big enough, and place the kebabs in a row.
- Sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper and top off with thyme.
- Place the dish in the oven, covered with foil for 30 minutes and 30 minutes without the foil. Serve warm.
Serving suggestion:
- Serve warm.
- Serve with other veggies
- Serve with fresh baked bread
