a While back I have decided to start my own YouTube Channel: “The Phoenix Path” and as my story been told, in one of my previous blogs where I introduce myself, I had to start looking for ways to do my own “thing” since lockdown hit last year and had no job due to.
I always watched other youtubers and bloggers videos and not even realizing that they make profit out of me, monetizing a channel here and there and creating a whole monthly income so. . .
April 2020 I started my YouTube Channel, making homemade videos of the food I make in the evenings. Easy Right! I mean how easy can it be to take a video in the moment (us, always being around our phones, taking pictures and videos). With only putting in a few hours of your day creating and editing the video. Upload that content to a channel that you can monetize.
I have done some research and found that using my existing YouTube videos will be a great way of beginning my blogging.

Soya Meatballs
Here is one of my first YouTube content that I want to share with you. I have decided to make Soya Meatballs. Me and my Boyfriend would like to think we are very healthy eaters and almost every second day it will be some veggies/ any vegetarian dish. Don’t get me wrong, we still love meat.. just trying to cut down on the red meats and focus more on making the healthy choice.
That specific evening, I remember making these and it came out so good. You could always add your own spices and make some changes to the recipe. I know people be going that you should follow a recipe, but hey I’m not afraid to improvise and to share my own ideas… in my own kitchen. 🙂 🙂 🙂 With this said, I can give you a tip, and this is optional, depends on how many soya mince you have already made, you can add 1 egg and gradually add another if you really need to.
I Have added the Video Here, You can view it on my YouTube Channel:
You Could always check out these links to read more about me and my blog and stay tuned, more blogs and recipes are to come!!
ENJOY!!!!
