I came across this recipe for Pizza dough and had to share what you can make, I will most definitely be adding more recipes with what you can make from this great dough:
OhSweetGingers Kitchen
This time I’ll be sharing two of my easy recipes.. Making a South African Deep Fried Dough bread (we call it Vetkoek) and a Rib Burger pizza.
All you need is flour, salt and yeast.
How great is it to use one type of dough for so many recipes.
Deep-Fried Dough Bread (Vetkoek):
Here, in this YouTube video we will be showing you how to make Deep Fried Dough bread (Vetkoek). You can shallow-fry, Deep-fry or bake the Vetkoek in the oven.
Serve it up warm. I personally Love a “Vetkoek” with Golden Syrup. You can make and add a filling like Chicken-mayo or curried mince/ ground beef and veggies.
Have a look, try this recipe yourself and comment if you have tried it.

It was just me and my Boyfriend at home, an early day off and decided to watch Movies. What better way to snuggle up and watch a movie, with a Pizza on your lap?!
I Had some Rib burgers, fried them, cut into blocks and added it on top of the Pizza. It came out Great and so delicious!!
