Meatloaf:
This is probably one of the dishes I make most. Especially when I don’t have anything specific in mind and it’s a day that our family needs to eat red meat for a change. I’d like to make veggies one evening and the other evening chicken, then fish the day after, making may way back to veggies and then once to 2 times a week, red meat.
You will notice in the video that I used white bread slices and cut it into blocks, soaking them in milk and then only add it to the ground beef. Most of you will know this already, but you can use bread crumbs as well, only using a bit of milk. (The milk is just to break down the bread pieces).
You can always add a side dish to this and make it a great “Sunday meal” .. Below I will add a list of ideas you can click on and more recipes of main and side dishes you can add to this wonderful bite:
