Delicious Plum Jam/ Jelly
We didn’t make a lot of jam when growing up. I use to Love the idea and taste and always thought that jam/ Jelly must be taking a lot of time to make, but seeing a few videos and getting to know that it is truly SO Easy to make and doesn’t take forever .. I decided to try and make some of my own.
Now, we barely buy any jam. If there is too many fruit or veggies in the house, I tend to cut the veggies as soon as we buy it and store them in the freezer. The Fruit I usually try to make something of it before it goes down.
This way we save a lot of money and stock for a whole month or even longer… It stays fresh and you’d have enough food for quite a while. (with freezer veggies staying frozen and jam that takes forever to be eaten, so much more ways to store different food to keep it fresher for longer, but more on that another time..)
The recipe in the video below is just a YouTube #shorts video:
(You can make YouTube Shorts by accessing the YouTube app on your phone and using the feature to record brief videos. YouTube Shorts is a new feature in beta testing that allows you to record video shorts up to 60 seconds in length. You can record in 15-second intervals with several tools to edit your videos)
I have put together a Short video of less than 1 minute of how to make Plum jam/Jelly. It is that Quick and Easy to make!
