Here is how we did it:
Sweetcorn Fritters
You only need a bowl and chopsticks to mix.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of corn
- 1 Egg About
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Salt
- Freshly chopped parsley
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Heat some butter or oil in a pan.
- Add spoons full of the corn mixture to the pan and leave to crisp the bottom so that it doesn’t fall apart.
- After a few minutes, flip over and brown the other side.
- Transfer to a paper towel when done and serve.
Serving Suggestion:
- Serve warm
- Serve with sweet chili sauce
- Serve as a side
- Garnish with greens before serving
