Create a speedy and effortless pasta salad.
Just a handful of ingredients needed.

Here is how we did it:
Noodle Salad
Ingredients:
- 500g Precooked pasta
- 1 + 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup brown vinegar
- 1 + 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Marsala curry (feel free to add more to your taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Half a green bell pepper finely chopped
- Half a yellow bell pepper finely chopped
- 1 onion grated or finely chopped
- 1/2 cup oil
Method:
- Cook 500g pasta.
- Meanwhile mix the rest of the ingredients together in a separate bowl or jug.
- Set the sauce aside.
- Strain excess water from pasta when done.
- add the sauce to the warm pasta and mix thoroughly.
- let it cool completely.
- cover with a lid or cling wrap.
- Keep in the fridge a few hours before serving or overnight for best results.
Serving suggestion:
- Serve cold.
- best taste when kept in the refrigerator overnight.
- Serve as a side dish.
